Deposits

Deposits reserve studio time and are non-refundable. Where stated, they are applied to the scheduled service or training balance.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Appointments must be changed within the notice period communicated at booking. Late changes, missed appointments, or insufficient time caused by late arrival may require a new deposit.

Eligibility and disclosure

Clients must disclose relevant health information, medications, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy or nursing status, and previous permanent makeup. Elle may decline or postpone a service when it cannot be performed safely or predictably.

Results and healing

Healed results vary by skin, lifestyle, aftercare, and other individual factors. No exact color retention or number of sessions can be guaranteed.

Guests, age, and conduct

Clients must meet age and identification requirements. Guests and children are not permitted during procedures unless expressly arranged.

Payment and refunds

Balances are due as communicated. Completed services, products, deposits, and reserved training fees are non-refundable.
